oines 9f81c1e289 Complete rebrand from MCLAB to OINES 
This commit rebrands all of my objects from the old MCLAB-* identifiers to the new OINES-*. The commit is signed by the key of the old maintainer (MCLAB-MNT) to authorize the ownership changes.
